Since 2009, hundreds of thousands of Global (formerly National) Day of Unplugging participants have joined the movement to elevate human connection over digital engagement in their cities across the globe.
Nicola Brown, of Kokoro has joined the movement and brought unplugging to her staff and client population across the US. KOKORO is an integrative health data management company and practice community serving all levels of business leadership. They have participated in GDU 2024 as well as a "Rest, Reset, Rejuvenate" wellness retreat (pictured below). Whether it’s trying out a complimentary BREATHE practice sessions on the third Wednesday of each month, attending a sound bath or some other unplugged event, Kokoro is here to help you flourish!
